How We Help — Her Legacy

• Barbara needs to write her story down now so Olivia can read it when she gets older. We give our clients a “Playbook” to prepare their agents (Executor, Trustee, Attorney-in-fact, etc.) to step in if something should happen to our client suddenly.
• Part of that Playbook is a place for clients to write down their family stories and for them to say who should get certain heirlooms (here, that would pair well with any souvenirs of Barbara’s exploits).
• Our estate plans would allow Barbara to “tidy up” her affairs and have everything in place so she can focus on enjoying her life. Once she does pass, we can help her executor (and trustee, if applicable) put that plan into action, passing on her legacy to her loved ones.
